Money For Education

President Obama signed the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act into law this week. Here in Kentucky our schools will receive more than $300 million to aid low income and special needs students.

I am so glad money is going towards education - it is such a huge need in Kentucky. IMHO, teachers are so under-appreciated and they have one of the most important jobs - they are teaching our next generation. I have so much respect for teachers - I just hope they start getting some of the credit they deserve.
