The Good News: According to a National Institute of Health study, the average American who begins the season at a healthy weight, gains just over one pound during the holiday season.

The Bad News: There is no bad news - if we move in a healthy direction.

We'll finish up with a Walk (up to 45 minutes, by individual ability)
