The Pope

Well, the Pope is making his first visit to the United States, and who does he get to meet? President Bush! This is not the person I want representing the United States for this rare "Papal visit." Of all the people the Pope could have been introduced to, why on earth did someone think it was a good idea for him to meet the worst sitting President in our history.

Although I am a southern Baptist, I think it is wonderful the Pope has decided to visit our country. Many Catholics find comfort in the concern the Pope shows for our nation. I just hope he gets to meet some "down to earth" people while he is here.
